Returns

We want you to love what you ordered from Pelosomi. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

### Return Window We accept returns within **30 days** of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

### What can be returned - Products that arrived damaged or misprinted - Products with incorrect fulfillment - Unused items in original packaging (except for personalized/customized items)

### What cannot be returned - Custom name/personalized mugs - Items marked as final sale - Items returned after 30 days 

### How to start a return Please email us at **hello@pelosomi.com** with your order number, item name, and issue. If the item is defective, please include a photo.

### Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

### Exchanges We do not process exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. 

### Shipping Your Return You’ll receive return instructions after contacting our team. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
